NEVER a dull moment at Majestic Bingo!


Having just celebrated its’ 6th birthday, Majestic Bingo Limited are looking to the future with some bold and bright new branding being launched across all of their UK locations.

From the beginning, the company made a conscious decision to have a recognisable brand, but also retain the local flavour of the clubs they purchased. Whilst having a strong brand presence within the sector, Majestic believe the time is right for a refresh and to update their logos.

Whilst their portfolio of clubs may come in various shapes and sizes, their branding has always remained recognisable by their loyal customer base and championed by their people.
Speaking about their journey, Mark Jepp, Managing Director said:

“Our customers have always known their local clubs by their original names, and things have remained that way since we formed six years ago, so we don’t plan to change that, but will slowly make the transition to the new design. We still have six Apollo branded clubs, but the other ten all retain their individuality as part of the community they serve, and we’re very proud of that”.

Jepp also added, “We’ve actually changed one of our Apollo branded clubs in the Welsh Valleys from Apollo Bingo to Judges Bingo to reflect the historic Judges Hall where the Club is based.”

Prior to becoming a bingo club over 50 years ago, Judges Hall held dances, concerts such as Black Sabbath, and hosted around 300 boxing events. In 2019 they celebrated their 110-year history as part of the community in Tonypandy and they are soon to feature in a TV Show commissioned by BBC Wales to showcase their birthday celebration year.

Whilst Majestic’s trademark colours of orange and purple remain, the brand refresh has introduced an element of Majestic pink into the design to signify how the company has evolved. Mark Robinson, Director of creative agency Creative62 which has led the re-brand, commented:

“It’s been great working with Majestic at such an exciting time in their development and we’re confident that the new brand reflects the passion, fun and energy both behind the scenes and for their customers. We’re delighted to be part of their progress, and look forward to taking the brand from strength to strength.”

Along with the refreshed logo and artwork, the new strapline of ‘NEVER a dull moment’ sets Majestic up nicely as a leader in its sector as they look to an exciting future in Bingo.
