NRM deliver game changing mobile applications for Bingo and AGC sectors

NRM, the independently owned gaming technology and software solutions provider, is celebrating an industry first following the successful deployment of ground-breaking customer facing mobile applications for both the Bingo and AGC sectors.

The applications, which deliver a wide range of features and benefits for players and venues, have been successfully trialled with the co-operation of Praesepe, Britain’s leading low stake, gaming entertainment provider.

Andrew Ludlow, Managing Director and Co-Owner of NRM said: “Praesepe operate a highly progressive policy in terms of providing technology companies with access to what is the biggest AGC and Bingo focus group in the UK industry and I would like to place on record my thanks to CEO, Nick Harding, his team and customers for their help and insight with this important project.

“The applications are an industry first as they offer a direct link between operator and customer using existing membership systems. The comprehensive functionality encompasses digital membership sign in, the ability to offer customers real time promotional deals with secure redemption, low cost integrated communications, location specific services as well as being a portal for operators to keep their customers up to date on relevant news and information.” He added: “Our mobile applications, which have been in development since 2016 are targeted at the adult segment of the close to 50 million smartphone users in the UK and, looking ahead, also provide a platform for the delivery of augmented reality - a game changer in terms of taking customer engagement to another level.”

Nick Harding said: “Technology has always been the driver of this industry and I am really keen to provide our facilities to help research, test and validate new thinking and new approaches. We often reference R&D in terms of gaming equipment but as experienced operators, we know the importance of the entire customer experience and how we engage with the end-user. NRM is to be congratulated on this initiative."
