GALA BINGO LAUNCHES THE ‘GALA BINGO X THE CHASE ULTIMATE QUIZ NIGHT’ IN PARTNERSHIP WITH ITV

August 2024; Entain owned bingo brand Gala Bingo, is excited to announce its first in-person PR activation in partnership with ITV’s The Chase, the ‘Gala Bingo x The Chase Ultimate Quiz Night’.

The event offers a money-can’t-buy experience  for Gala Bingo and The Chase fans alike, offering the chance to put their general knowledge to the test by going head to head with a Chaser. Celebrating Gala Bingo’s long-running official sponsorship of the flagship ITV game show as it enters its eighth year, the free quiz takes place for one evening only in Manchester on Thursday 8th August.

The Gala Bingo x The Chase Ultimate Quiz Night follows the recent launch of ‘The Chase Place’, an exclusive online hub on the Gala Bingo site, featuring a blockbuster ‘crack the code’ competition. Entrants were offered the chance to win
money-can’t-buy prizes, with one lucky winner awarded the opportunity to have a Chaser play on their team for the upcoming quiz night.

The consumer experience will be bookable via Eventbrite, offering entrants the chance to meet Anne Hegerty, “The Governess”, Mark Labbett, “The Beast”, and Jenny Ryan, “The Vixen”. Visitors will be able to test their knowledge against one
of The Chasers, who will be joining The Chase Place prize winner’s team. The other Chasers will be in attendance to offer a helping hand to competing teams.

Taking place at the Feel Good Club in Manchester’s iconic Northern Quarter, Gala Bingo and The Chase are taking over the venue for the one off quiz event, unlike anything you’ve experienced before. The quiz will put consumers to the test through rounds of popular questions, all taken from previous episodes of The Chase, ranging from general knowledge to history, with an added bonus bingo-themed picture round. Any quizzers who are able to beat The Chaser will receive memorabilia to take home to prove it, with a special ‘I beat The Chaser’ badge.
