Buzz Bingo joins forces with Bullseye to launch special games to celebrate it’s return to TV this Christmas
December 2024: Buzz Bingo, the UK’s largest retail bingo operator, has launched new Bullseye games in partnership with the iconic television show. The new games launch just in time to celebrate Bully’s return to the screen for a Bullseye Christmas special on ITV.
Streaming live every day, Bullseye Bingo is a new feature on Buzz’s Live Bingo sessions played every evening at 6 pm in Buzz Bingo’s clubs. The feature will be hosted by Buzz Bingo’s charismatic Live Bingo Presenters and involve Bullseye-themed extra prizes for calling on ‘50’.
Over at Buzzbingo.com a brand new Bullseye Bingo Room has opened with 90 ball bingo games from 5pm to 11pm every day. Nostalgic features include Bully's 180 Jackpot and Bully's Prize Board.
Darts is given a bingo twist with the ‘Innn One’ and ‘Innnn Two’ bonus prizes – if players finish on a 1TG (one number to go) or 2TG (two numbers to go) they win a share of the available pot. The ‘Double Top’ side game boosts your prize if you call on 40; similarly winnings are boosted with Treble 20 (call house on 60) and Nine Dart Finish (call house on 9). Naturally calling on a 50 is a ‘Bullseye’ and a player who calls a full house on number 50 received a community jackpot that’s set at £180, with the winner receiving half and £90 shared amongst everyone else playing the game.
Jim Bowen’s famous catchphrase “Super Smashing Great” also make a comeback when players call a full house on the numbers 20, 40 or 60 to receive a prize boost.
A Bullseye game wouldn’t be complete without a ‘Bus Fare Home’ and in this feature players win just that - a bonus bus far worth £3 when the winning call is made on a number.
The games gets even more interactive between 7pm and 8pm when the Bullseye Room becomes ‘Bullseye Live Bingo’ and real-life hosts join via video to host the games. During the live hour every time the number 50 is called Bully’s Prize Board is triggered and the next full house winner gets to spin Bully’s wheel for a bonus prize including cash prizes and Bullseye merch.
Rich Kearns, Head of Product at Buzz Bingo said “We’re super smashing proud to be bringing Bullseye to our clubs and online bingo rooms. It’s a British classic and to be celebrating it’s return to TV with 3 amazing and interactive bingo games is hugely exciting – even if we don’t have a speedboat prize… yet. Bingo and Bullseye are hugely popular in the hearts of British people and we hope to bring them together in a fun and innovative way with our gameshow style Live Bingo playing daily at buzzbingo.com and across our bingo venues up and down the UK”.
Bullseye Bingo is available now at buzzbingo.com and 79 or Buzz Bingo’s 81 clubs in England and Scotland, playing daily from 5pm and including on 22nd December when the Bullseye Christmas special airs on ITV (repeated on Christmas Day).
