While the winner, aged 40, has chosen to remain anonymous, their extraordinary win has etched their name into the annals of bingo history, surpassing the venue's previous GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title.
The event, held at one of UK’s largest bingo clubs, Buzz Bingo Cricklewood, attracted a massive crowd eager to witness the attempt to break the record for the largest payout for a single bingo game. The atmosphere was electric, filled to near capacity, as the numbers were called. The club resonated with the buzz of over 2,000 attendees, all vying for the monumental prize.

The night was a whirlwind of emotions, reaching a fever pitch when the final full house was called. Initial excitement sparked with a false claim, but the true winner, a regular 40-year-old Cricklewood attendee, claimed the £105,000 prize, triggering an eruption of cheers and confetti. A team, including a camera operator, claim checker, and staff member with a confetti cannon, rushed to confirm the win, creating a truly unforgettable scene.
In addition to the record-breaking main prize, the event featured a total prize pool exceeding £250,000, with three additional £25,000 full house prizes awarded throughout the night. The venue was transformed into a carnival wonderland, complete with magicians, balloon artists, caricaturists, acrobats, and showgirls, creating an unforgettable Mother's Day experience for all attendees. The managers, dressed to impress in suits and bow ties, and the thrilled staff contributed to the event’s grandeur.
