Don’t Get Left Out In The Cold – Secure Your EAG Accommodation Now To Avoid Disappointment
The first Entertainment, Attractions & Gaming International Expo (EAG) for two years will take place 11th-13th January 2022 and all the indications are that it will be very busy.
Show Organiser Karen Codd is advising that the supply of accommodation around ExCeL will be under particular pressure in January and that early booking is essential: “The ExCeL campus has a wide choice of hotels at many levels but they are filling fast. We have been advised that visitors who might normally stay further afield are choosing to stay on site to avoid public transport, so those wishing to stay close to ExCeL should book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
“As in previous years, we have appointed Event Express as our accommodation partner. They specialise in events and exhibitions and have a broad knowledge of accommodation stock. The agreement we’ve secured with them means that rooms can be reserved at competitive rates, without a deposit, and with changes and cancellations possible without penalty until close to the show. We would urge anyone requiring accommodation to book now, and amend later, avoiding last minute hassles and enabling them to focus on what promises to be a great show,” recommends Karen.
Accommodation may be reserved via the EAG website www.eagexpo.com under the ‘visit’ tab.
