TAKING THE LEAP OF LOVE? MECCA BINGO IS REWARDING ‘BALLSY’ LEAP YEAR PROPOSALS WITH FREE HEN, STEN AND STAG WEEKENDS

21st February: This Leap Year, Mecca Bingo is celebrating those who are ballsy enough to take the leap of love and get down on one knee on the 29th February, by offering the ultimate free Hen, Stag or Sten celebratory weekend to those who pop the big question on the special date.

Bingo Life News | It goes without saying that there are no 'rules' about who gets down on one knee when it comes to proposals, but according to tradition, the extra day of February historically presented an opportunity for women to propose to their loved one. As experts in joy, Mecca Bingo is helping to spread the love this year by offering anyone who pops the question on the 29th the chance to win a party at one of its venues.

To apply, proposers should send a time-stamped image of the proposal, the location, full names and contact details to beballsy@meccabingo.com by Wednesday 6th March.

The celebration will include an indulgent hair and make up pamper package to help get the proposer and up to five friends party ready, before complimentary games, dinner and bubbly at the bingo, ending with overnight accommodation. Whether a Hen, Stag, or blended Sten, Mecca Bingo will roll out the red carpet to celebrate those lucky in love and give them a full house of memories to cherish. 

To apply, all proposers need to do is capture the magical moment and send a time-stamped image of the proposal, together with the location and the happy couple’s full names and preferred contact details to beballsy@meccabingo.com by Wednesday 6th March 2024. Three winners will then be selected at random.  

Mecca Bingo is also marking the bonus day in the calendar with its ‘Extra Day, Extra Play’ offer on 29th February. Players can enjoy a FREE afternoon or evening main game across Mecca Bingo clubs nationwide.
